Problem/solution

people not wanting to take responsobility for their own actions. Then leads to arguments and everybody getting heated.
The solution would be to sit down more often and talk about whats bothering everyone.

Witnessing racism

I have witness a racist incident but I don't recall what happen. Some how I just seem to have forgotten what I had seen.

My thoughts on a world/local event

Its crazy to know how many people have been declare dead in Japan over this past few days. I am thankful knowing that we didnt't go through what they did but also bad knowing that I can't help them out. Then again the U.S.A. soilders are over seas leading a hand out.

What makes me mad?

Losing stuff when I just had it in my hand a minute ago get me mad the most.
-Bein ignored on purpose
-Bein told I am wrong when I know I'm right
-ignorent people
-know it alls
-fake people
-people who talk alot of smake but can't
back-up anything

who do I admire?

My mother is someone I love or admire because she has always help me nomatter what. Especially now more then ever. She supported me with my son and has always help out anyway she can.
-She would babysit my son while I was in school when she could have been resting
-She helps me out financial
-She still pays for my schooling
-She pays for my credit card
-She bought me a car, to make my life a lil easier
-She is willing to pay off the rest of my tuition $2,000
-She will keep helpin me intill I get a job as long as I am going to school

I admire my mom because she has gone thruogh a lot with my father and yet found a way to make it work for the sake of my brothers and I. My mom had a full time job and what ever little time she got with us she would make the best of it. Would always want to take us out to the park or to go do something we would all enjoy. All I can do is try and hope to be a good enough mother as she has been but I know that I am not like her but I will not give up. My mother of 3, with a full time job some how she always found energy to cook home made meals for us to eat when we got home from school. I will never be able to explain how much my mom means to me and how much I love her, I am very thankful for her.

What do I want?

I want to be independent with out having to ask my mother for help
I want to have an easy life someday
I know it isn't easy but it can happen
I want for my kid to grow up and be someone important
I want to graduate with honors or even on the top of my class, in top 10

I don't care what people say or think about me
Simple fact why my name is in their mouth
they hate me, can't stand me, want what I got,
THEY all keep me laughting
because their giving me something to laught at, they making a fool out of their selfs

One thing I learn is that nomatter how hard it gets, there will always be a
easier time neer by just waiting to be discovered by me

I guess you can say I am a person that is only focus on one thing

It's about how they have been holding back the release of the iPhone 4 because the white casing on the back effects pictures when the flash is being use.

I think that they should have keeped the same design that way they would have just avoided the whole complication abou trying to fix the problem.

An article that I read from begging to end was Double standard seen in teacher-student sex case

This is about a teacher who is being charge for sexual assault because she was having sex with a young boy.

“When boys sexually interact with older women they’re viewed as lucky,” she said. “When girls sexually interact with an older male it’s seen as them being victimized.”

I think this is just wrong in people are aware of what they are doing. So I don't find it right that the older person is the only one that has to have it in his/her record they should both be punish if it wasn't rap or ect.

An article I read beginning to end was "Families cross fingers for charter school luck"

Its about a mother who wants for her kids to get a good education there for she is signing them up for a charter school even though she knows that they might be in the waiting list. She just hopes as she waits that her children have been accepted.

I think that what this mother is doing is great jut for the fact that not alot of parents do this for their kids.If I had done my research 4years ago, I would of most likely have been in a better school then being to the schools that I have been at.

Dr. Madon had no choice but to close the school on January 13, 2010 because the water pipes broke at Steinmetz Academic Center. It had been leaking since the January 10th and wouldn't stop so they went to the Chief Area Officer.

THe ROTC held a food drive on November - December 15 at Steinmetz Academic Center. Students where ask to donate cans for the St. Cyprian's Food Pantry. To help out the need and provided food they need just to get through the day.

five Ws and the H->Who, What, When, Where,Why, and How. Thes elements belong in nearly every newspaper story.

inverted pyramid-> a style of newswritting in which the main facts go at the top of the article(the lead). The facts become less significant until, toward the bottom, they may be dispensable. This gives the reader the essential facts first and permits expansion or contraction in editing and page layout.

lead-> The first paregraph of the news story. It often consists of just one sentence.

question lead->A lead that begins with a question. This kind of lead gives little information and is generally to be avoided.

quote lead->A lead that begins with an unattributed qoute. This kind of lead is unclear and should usually bre avoided.

summary lead->A lead that provides the briefest possible summary of the major facts of a story in the first sentence.

tease-> use a lead that coaxes readers into a story by making them read further to see what the lead really means.
